A Very good friend of mine once told me you have to “Buy right to Sell right” and he was not wrong.
After numerous visits to Asia and buying for various industries there is definitely a wrong way to do it

A supplier I once had told me that sure he can give me a better price, all he will do is buy cheaper “B” and “C” Grade components. So you get what you pay for.
